Customer Experience Supervisor

You have more than 10 years experience in customer service, including at least five years in tourism. You have a passion for giving customers what they need. Your experience should include at least five years at managerial level. Because Magnolia Travels is growing, we need people who are ready to take on added responsibilities as their roles expand. You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 customer experience agents, but this may grow. Your role will involve occasional travel to check locations and visit international offices.
